We provide rides for doctor’s visits, physical therapy, dialysis, chemotherapy, outpatient surgeries, dental/vision appointments, hospital discharges, wellness visits, community, social, and family outings.

Our services are available to seniors, individuals with mobility challenges, patients using wheelchairs, walkers, or stretchers, patients requiring stair-climbing lift service, and families arranging transportation for loved ones.

Rates depend on the type of service (ambulatory, wheelchair, or stretcher), distance, and any special assistance required. We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees.

We accept major credit and debit cards, pre-paid ride packages, and corporate/facility billing (with prior arrangement). Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made.

You can schedule by phone or online. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, but we accommodate same-day requests when possible.

Yes. Our fleet includes vehicles with ramps and securements to safely transport wheelchair passengers. Please specify your needs when booking.

Yes. We provide non-emergency stretcher transport. Our stretcher vehicles are staffed with trained personnel to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

Yes. One or two companions may ride at no additional cost (subject to vehicle space). Please confirm this when booking your trip.

No problem—simply call us to adjust your return time. We monitor schedules closely and accommodate changes whenever possible.

Please be ready at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our drivers provide door-to-door assistance and will ensure you get to your appointment safely.

Yes. All drivers are carefully screened and trained in CPR, First Aid, passenger assistance and safe lifting techniques, defensive driving, and customer care.

No. In addition to medical appointments, we also provide transportation for pharmacy pick-ups, airport or family visits (when special assistance is required), community and social outings, and special trips.
